The C&O Club is a community of of thirty-six lots along Raspberry

Bay on beautiful Lake Charlevoix.

The C&O Club is organized as a site condominium.  The

organizational papers, which consist of a Master Deed and

several amendments, as well as governing bylaws, are recorded

in the Charlevoix County Records.

The Association is governed by a five-member board of

volunteers, elected each year by the unit owners.  The Association

generally holds its annual meeting on Memorial Day weekend.

The current officers of the Association are:

Keep everybody safe by (a) making sure that your dog is on a lease when in the public areas, (b) ensuring your dog is COMPLETELY trained, by obedience or Invisible Fence, to stay on in your yard when unleashed, and (c) not letting your dog stray into somebody else’s yard!
